Hey!
It’s been a long time since I last wrote a post here, and I wanted to finally change that—and make up for the silence.
Our film Dreamland Awaits is now officially out in the world. After a long journey, it’s available on several platforms, including Amazon, Plex, Hoopla, Fandango at Home, and a few others. If you’re curious about the film, the background, or where to watch it, you can find all the relevant information on the official website: www.dreamlandawaits.com

On top of that, Dreamland Awaits will be screening at Magyar Filmszemle in just a few days, which is always something special. It’s great to see the film continue its life on the big screen, especially in a local context. I’ll most likely write a separate post about that experience once the festival is over.

Last year I also started a new, slightly unexpected side project: a faceless YouTube channel called CineCurious. It’s a place where I talk about films, actors, and ideas related to cinema and filmmaking, especially the kinds of movies and performances that shaped me growing up. The channel recently hit 5,000 subscribers, with viewers coming in from all over the world, which honestly still feels a bit surreal. It’s been a really rewarding creative outlet alongside filmmaking. You can check out the channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@CineCuriousChannel
Looking ahead, this year I’m planning to begin work on a new feature film project. I have several ideas quietly developing in the background, still early, still fragile, but promising. Hopefully, I’ll be able to share at least one of them publicly later this year.
All in all, I’m genuinely looking forward to what this year might bring. New projects, new challenges, and new possibilities, and hopefully more regular updates here as well.
Thanks for reading,
Demeter
